Food - 0/2 estimate of too many calories kept down. as of tomorrow, i'm limiting myself to 500 calories and no more foods that i'm sensitive to. i can feel the effect this cycle has been having on my body and i can't take it any longer. i'm depressed because of the way i look and feel so i eat but that just makes it that much worse. makes no sense. NO MORE NONSENSE!

Exercise - 2/2 worked out for 2 hours. sprained my ankle so i have to take it easy. it took me almost an hour to clean the house =/

Daily Self Esteem Challenge - 2/2 actually took time to WATCH tv for once, not just have it on in the background and take it easy because of my ankle. i don't really have a choice. if i didn't hurt so bad, i'd be back on that treadmill - but i can hardly even hobble around. i bet it's amusing to watch, though. i couldn't of run out of sleeping pills at a worse time :(
