End of my cycle. In the middle of my period so not going to weigh for a few days. F-1/2 coffee, baked pita chips & hummos, fresh tomato sauce, ( a lot but all before 4:30pm and that's it. W-2/2 still going E- 2/2 ballet, 30min elliptical, 10min bike, 100 situps p- 2/2 c- got a xmas tree! cleaning xmas & shopping Also, i bought the ballerina tea today. feeling really bloated and disgusting after breaking my no carb month diet. drank it and a little scared of what tomorrow morning will bring. hoping for at least a good end result. anyone tried it before????
